  • Read the Preceptor Planning Process (pages 9-11 of the Graduate Student Handbook) and be ready to ask any questions about the process.  Complete a Preceptor Planning Form (page 12 of the Graduate Student Handbook) for each preceptor with whom you plan to work during your FNP clinical practicums.
  • Print out History-Taking and bring to class.
