Staffing Needs |
Clinicians and Master Teachers
Staffing needs will be determined by the advisory committee, based upon the results of the needs assessment survey and the number of participating students scheduled to attend. Budgeting will be a secondary factor which also must be considered.
Festival Day Logistics
Staffing during the festival day depends upon many factors including the number of participating students, the host facility, and the needs of the session clinicians. Parent volunteers from the respective music booster group will be organized. Duties will include room monitors, ticket-takers, hall monitors, food service workers, school guides, parking attendants, set-up and tear-down, and office aides.
Each school will be required to provide one parent chaperone for each fifteen students, in addition to one director chaperone from each group. Since each group will follow a different schedule, it is impossible for one director to chaperone two or more groups.
