My research interests may be described as analyzing how businesses and organizations respond to changes in their social and political environments. The purpose is to develop approaches or techniques for enhancing the quality of life both internally and externally to the company. Earlier research focused on environmental forecasting methodologies and dual-career couples. Recent research focuses of sexual harassment in the organization as well as environmental management issues, especially the need to incorporate chemical waste and pollution issues early in the decision process and not just treat them as necessary by-products of the system.
Personal Interests
Outside of work my major interests revolve around my wife and family. Competitive soccer, both youth and adult, have become a large part of life. This includes my daughter's travel team and my son's college team as well as watching the professionals. Golf is my personal frustration whether it be played with my other son or with others.
