ORCHESIS AUDITIONS

Fall 2009

WHERE: Centennial East - Dance Studio Space, Room 116

WHEN: Sunday, August 30th - 1-3pm

Dancers are selected for the company for the entire year during our Fall auditions. Orchesis is seeking both male and female dancers at this time. Selection is based upon potential and desire primarily. We are not limited by number. We encourage everyone interested to audition. We'd love to work with you and include you. Students joining our program in the Spring semester may be added to the company upon the discretion of the Artistic Director, Laurie Merriman.

Current members of Orchesis assist with the audition process. The following volunteers will be teaching movement during this year's audition:

Chesran Glidden & Sarah Heimerdinger will be giving the WARM-UP

Elizabeth Lindenmeier will be giving a Ballet Combination (Adagio & Grand Allegro)

Kelsey Larson & Tess Losada will be giving a Modern Combination

Lindsey Spaits & Sarah Heimerdinger will be giving a Hip Hop Combination

Mychelle Stevens will be giving a Jazz Combination
