ORCHESIS AUDITIONS

Fall 2012

AUDITIONS ARE SCHEDULED

WHERE: Centennial East - Dance Studio Space, Room 116

WHEN: Sunday, September 9th from 1-3pm

Dancers are selected for the company for the entire year during our Fall auditions. Orchesis is seeking both male and female dancers at this time. Selection is based upon potential and desire primarily. We are not limited by number. We encourage everyone interested to audition. We'd love to work with you and include you. Students joining our program in the Spring semester may be added to the company upon the discretion of the Artistic Director, Laurie Merriman. All members of the Orchesis must be enrolled in the UHS 7am Dance Technique Class.

Current members of Orchesis assist with the audition process. The following volunteers will be teaching movement during this year's audition:

Kahlie Kilcher will be giving the WARM-UP

Laurie Merriman will be giving a Ballet Combination (Adagio & Petit Allegro)

Carly McShane & Madi Abel will be giving a Modern Combination

Kylie Maurer & Audrey Keen will be giving a Hip Hop Combination

Nathalie Kiesewetter will be giving a Jazz Combination
