This division of the Hardy Poetry Page exists to stimulate and record commentary and exchange on specific Hardy poems (or occasionally themes, techniques, or groups of poems). Around the first of each month the Director announces a poem for discussion, inviting critical and scholarly comment to be posted directly to the site.  Selections from the Poem of the Month discussions are published each year in The Hardy Review.
